I have 65% in B-Tech and 6 months internship experience also I have published an international paper and working on another one. I have a score of 7 in IELTS. What are my chances of getting admission for masters in Canada in computer science and what universities do you recommend?

Very low chances. Look up some rankings and look at the lowest ranked public universities that offers masters in Comp sci. In general you need above 75% and much higher for the top tier schools. Canada doesn't have a huge number of post graduate universities.
