Does RCMP keep records of a person if a person is not convicted of a criminal activity but charges are withdrawn(dismissed ) by the police.
Could this be an issue for my Federal skilled worker application?
I would appreciate If you could advice me in this regard

Yes, if you were fingerprinted, and charged, the charge and the disposition is on CPIC.
