administrative review after refusal

hi all

there is no sufficient information about the process of administrative review of applications. MICC even does not acknowledge the receiving of administrative review file by them.

i did asked them many time but they say to contact via call but operator does not lead to concern person. Time for review is 4 months by MICC.

Can any of you tell me how to contact and ask them of receiving of review file.

I have got my AOR of admin review after one month.
Now i am waiting the status of my application from last 10 months.
