Admin Error by Immigration office in Parents sponsorship file submit in Nov 2010

Hi,
We came to know when received ATIP as my parents sponsorship file was in closed status by CIC office as Admin Error and its closed since 2013 in their records. I received the last letter in May 2015 as CIC informed that file is completed and in the Que for processing and when contacted call center the rep informed that file is in close status because of office Admin Error and he will send the information to correct it and ask me to call within 4 weeks.
Now last week when I contacted they replied file is corrected now and in the processing Que but its already delayed now for 2 yrs because of that error and its already passed the processing timeline. My question is what i can do and is their any way to expedite my case coz the error made by dept. not me. I didn't get any written that file is corrected and its only by phone confirmation. Please guide what to do as filed the case in 2010.

Hello po DM na po ako last week and last thursday lang din po ako visa issued pero until now wala pa rin po passprt ko e need ko na po umalis this coming dec.9 .pdos at tilet ko po dko ko pp magawa kasi wala pang passport gaano po ba katanggal marecieve ung passport? Any info po nedd ko lang po ng help. thank you.
