Addtional Family Information? re ex-spouse

Hi everyone,

On the form for Additional Information for IMM5406, in Section A, we're not sure what it is asking for, we have checked the immigrants guide and it seems to relate only to children, however the delcaration at the bottom of section A is about ex-spouses.

My husband has no children, but does he have to give his ex-spouses details?

Also section C relates to brothers and sisters, does this mean his siblings, even though they are not coming to Canada?

yes, he has to give details about his siblings, parents, ex-spouse. make sure if you have any children that he puts those details under his children as well (it specifies step-children)

Does he not have to put me in the spouse bit? or is this declaring ex-spouses?

i just checked the form. yes, he puts you as the spouse. there is no where on there for ex-spouse.

One more thing, on my forms IMM1344 Application to Sponsor Undertaking, where its asks for me to sign and date, it asks for City/Town and Province. I put Bolton (town) and England for province as I am living in England still, Should this be where I intend to live?

No, you did it correctly by putting where you are at the time of signing.
