Addresses where you have lived since your 18th Birthday or the past 10 years

Dear all,

Please advise me on how to answer this question in the Permanent Resident Application properly:

"List all your addresses where you have lived since your 18th Birthday or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent?"

Do we need to include the addresses that we traveled for a few days or a few weeks? If so, it will be very difficult to track and it will be tedious as well. I mean, if I traveled to somewhere and stayed in the hotel for one or two nights. Do I still need to include those stays as well...?

No they mean your home address or any place where you spent an extended time such as dorms in university or any other place where you lived on a permenant basis during a span of time and called it home.
