Addresses lived in the last 10 years

I shifted to my current address in December 2006, and received the ITA on 16th November 2016. Do I need to include my old address if I submit in January? The form does not seem to complain.

Anyone else that can second that? Do I need to count backwards from the ITA date, or the submission date? Note that your age is counted till the ITA date, which is why I'm confused

Would it really be difficult to just put the previous address in, just in case? I believe it is from the date of ITA, but why take the chance, just put it in there..

Its always from the date of ita and not submission date !
