Address to receive PR card

If I get nomination from Prince Edward Island , Can I give care of address of my friend residing in Toronto(Ontario) to receive the PR card as I will not have any permanent address in Prince Edward Island.

You need to give an address in PEI. We've seen situations where landing has been refused if you don't give an address in the province that nominated you.
