Hi guys. I was filling out the address details in my PR application after having received an ITA, and ran into some doubts. So please help me answer the following:
1) When filling out an address (either in Mailing Address or Address History sections), there's a "Apartment Number/Unit" field and then there's "Street address/Name 2". So if my address is normally written on paper as:
John Smith,
1000 Gun St,
First Floor,
CityX 12345
Do I write "1" in "Apartment Number/Unit", or do I write "First Floor" in "Street address/Name 2" ? Or both ?
2) What if I don't remember the exact dates between when I lived at a given address ? Is it okay to approximate in such circumstances ?
3) Will CIC ask me to provide proof to confirm the start/end living dates I've mentioned at any stage of the PR process ? My family has moved a lot in the last 15-20 years and I've lived in a 3rd world country for most of my life, so records are not normally kept for long durations of time.
4) What if I was living abroad for studies, but came back to live in my country (in my family's house) for 1-3 months during vacations ? Do I need to mention such 1-3 month long stays too ? If yes, do I break my actual foreign permanent residence record into two pieces too, or can it be a long continuous entry ?
5) What if you're travelling to another country for a week or few days, do you have to mention such stays too ? Again if yes, do I break the actual permanent residence record into two pieces too, or can it be a long continuous entry ?
Thanks guys !
