Address Notification

hi, I raised a webform inquiry for my PR card and i was told to submit my address for PR card delivery.

Can you please help on what is the best and fastest way to do this. The mail says either through address notification tool or webform. I am unable to use the Address notification tool as it is not able to find my application. Is it ok to send the webform inquiry with the details they requested.

To my experience, by webform it costs around 50+ days to get a response. Have no idea if you want to change address (mostly to receive new card?) but could face that they realize this after they have already send it out to the old address? I guess you can try calling them first.
