I was out on a 30 day vacation and a 4 day vacation

No need to list travel destination addressees. Addresses mean the once you have established as your residence. Where your bills, license, Ohio are assigned to.

Thank you for the information. These community workers are sometimes clueless. Where once a community worker told me that PR date is not the date I became a PR but instead the date I actually received the PR car :O :O

Anyways, I think you got your citizenship...
