Do we have to mention the same address multiple times?

I happen to go back to my home country every 6-8 months and then live there for 3-4 months.

Do I have to mention the same address every time I have been to my home country or just once is enough?

More context is needed. What do you need these address for? Citizenship application? If yes, then yes, you need to mention your address every time since you stayed for a significant time in each stay.
