Address in Family Information form

Hi,
I am applying for visitor visa.

please tell me for the section on address in the Family Address form do we need to fill in the Residential Address or would it be ok to fill in the Office Address? My current residential address is not a permanent one.

On the Family Information Form (IMM5645), the address need not be complete; city/province and country would be sufficient.
