Good evening everyone,

I am completing my permanent residency application and I got to the part where they ask for all addresses for the last 10 years.

I am familiar with visas to Australia and we usually don't write them all, only the last address on each country the person has spent more than 12 months in the last 10 years. This is only for character purposes. The Australian Department of Immigration has never had a problem with this. Wondering if is the same in Canada?

The reason why I am asking is because between last year and this one, I travelled for 8 months (5 of them in Canada) so I am unsure if I have to list each address where I stayed (but not 'lived').

When I left for my travels, I gave up my lease and put everything in storage so, technically, I didn't have an address. Although all my 'legal' documents kept the address where I was living (drivers licence, bank account, Medicare, etc.)

What do I do?

1. Only include the last address in each country (the Australian way)
2. Put my last address before travelling for the whole duration of my trip
3. Include each address where I stayed during my travels

Any help greatly appreciated.

Regards.
