Address history question

I was wondering how far back the addresses need to go? Is it since I was 18 and above, or only the past 10 years?

This could be an issue for me, as I can provide street addresses but i do not remember dorm room numbers and apartment numbers for the first few years after turning 18(this is close to 20 years ago!). And i have no records/proof of living at the addresses.

Can anyone suggest what i can for the cic application regarding this information?

Since you turned 18 about 20 years ago, you only need to write address history for the last 10 years.
