Address history question

Due to my study program, I get to do internship every 4 months of my study so I move around a lot. My case is that

I go to school in town A, I live in a long-term rent place in town A. For every 4 month I would work in town B for 4 months. I do short term rent in town B. All of my mail get sent to my place in town A. Right now I cant really recall the adresses of places I lived in town B because it was a long time go. What should I list in my address history ? address of the place in town A throughout 5 years of my study ?

First of all you cant remember of the address of Town B, So you have no option now to put the address of Town B. Put the address of Town A throughout the 5 years you spend. and dont mention any activity of town B also.

I have to list my activities in town B under Activity history though. I think not listing it would be considered as misrepresent ?

Hi - I had a similar situation and only listed my permanent addresses in my address history. The form specifically says permanent, and in my understanding anything fewer than six months is temporary. Hope this helps!
