Address History express entry application

Hello Everyone,

I have received my ITA for the express entry. I have a question regarding Address history, it asks me to provide all of the addresses where I have lived in the past ten years. I'm a resident of UAE but my place of birth is India. I moved to UAE 20 years ago and I went to UK for 1 year (i.e. from 2013 to 2014) to do my masters degree. So which all addresses should I include in my address history? Should I include my UAE and UK address only? or do I have to include my India address as well which is in the passport? I travel to India around twice in a year for short vacations to meet my relatives and family.

Please give your suggestions.

if you didn't live in india then why would you need to add it?
