Address history discrepancy between CRA and IRCC application

Hello,
Does IRCC cross check address history with CRA for citizenship application or PR card renewal.

I moved to a new address on March 1st, but changed address on CRA on March 6th.
Also i don’t remember the exact date I moved ini 2019. Can I use my best guess?
