Address for sponsored wife, residence and mailing

Sponsored person's - (my wife's) application asks for address for communicating with her,

Can she give my address in Canada as "Mailing Address" (my wife is not residing in Canada with me)

As residency address can she put address in US? (she is with Visitor status in US which expires in few months, but we have permanently rented place in New York). or it has to be her homeland (Russia)?

Police clearance papers she has from Germany and Russia, does she need it from USA also?
She has 1 yr Visa in US but visited twice (not full 6 months per one stay)

-First visit 3,5 weeks
-Back to Germany for 3 months
-Second visit for 5,5 months and leaving US.

You should try to read the CIC guideline and the old threads carefully! There are lots of infos out there.

In your case, if your wife does not stay consecutively more than 6 months in that country since she is 18 years old of age, she does not need the police certificate.

For the address, whatever suits you and CPC-M/the Canadian foreign office can contact her, just give that address.
