I have a question about the medical exam report.

The clinic I went for medical exam told me that they will send my exam report to visa office.
what I don't understand is.."How do they know where they should send to for different examers?"
Can they know the address from the meidcal form (company with the letters from visa office)we gave them?

I am sure that I didn't tell them where to send my exam report.
However, they said that they will take care the remaining ..
just curious. ::)

Usually all DMPs know from the Medical request form about the concerned CIC office where to send the Medical report. But it is not necessary in all cases and in all countries.
You did not mention about your visa office.
However, you should keep the receipt and also get the courier tracking number from the DMPs office so that you can follow up. You can ask information from the DMP office about which office and when did they sent the medical report.

They will do mainly blood, eye and urine test with general interview on the past illnesses for persons aged 5 or above. Below 5, only urine test.
