Address Change & Bio-Metrics

I have submitted my application of express entry & have received letter for bio metrics.

Currently I am on an Official trip to another country and my stay can extend up to 3 months.Do I need to update CIC & can i get my bio-metrics done in the visiting country or I have to come back to India for bio-metrics?
