Now my husband recently did an immigration medical which they requested after the interview and jsut today the doctor called him requesting to do an additional test and said they would send the forms in the mail, what does this mean and is there any links or other posts you could relate here to me where I can find more information on this type of thing :-\ does cic have any info on there website about this is this bad news... ???

When they want additional tests they will send you a letter that you need to take to the DMP and they can tell you what tests you need, etc. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do but wait at this point.enna00 said:
Spousal visas are excess demand exempt so you shouldn't have any trouble with getting the visa - there may just be a delay depending on the situation (eg. for tuberculosis they want to treat it before landing and have a follow up so it just takes a few more months)
