After 1.5 years of waiting my sister got an email in IRCC account asking to provide additional supporting document for employers. Here is how the message looks in original correspondence.
--Client Information: Receipt of information from client. Please provide additional supporting documents for your employer(s) - This must be received at this office by:
We are confused as it is difficult to understand which type of document VO requires for the employer?
Can it be that there is a typo and it must read ----documents from your employer?
If so, what kind of additional documents would you recommend to upload?
