Additional Points (Brother or sister living in Canada)

I have question regarding additional points.

I have PR status and already have PR card. For some reason i have not settled in Canada yet. I dont have any address proof of Canada.

Now my brother wants to apply Canadian PR using express entry program.
How can he obtain additional point through my PR status? What documents shall be required to fulfill requirements of additional points of Brother?

Please guide me. Thanks in advance.

He cannot. You must be living in Canada for him to claim those points.

The first and foremost requirement is that you should be living in Canada, which you are not. Without proving that you are living in Canada, he can't claim any points.
