Additional Page Requirements?

What are everyone's thoughts on labelling each additional page to a form number? We have pages upon pages of email, Skype, and letter correspondence over te years? Do I need to do that for all of the pages?! Ahh?! what about photos!? Thanks!

We just put all of that together in another envelope haha. As for the photos, we wrote when it was taken, what we were doing and who is in the photo

I "professionally" (snicker) handwrote on relevant information.

As an example, I included our wall-to-wall on Facebook, which includes our mutual friends. I labeled anyone I discussed at any point in the application - especially his sister and her kids, because they a different last name (sister's husband).

My "additional" pages were 1 document. It looked kinda like this:
