Additional Medical Test

Hi,

I applied for my in-laws in March. They were requested medical examination on April 9th, which was done on April 17th. However, my father-in-law passed the medical exam and they requested further test for my Mother-in-law. I received an email about the further test for her on April 29th. We contacted the Physician Panel to book an appointment, they told us the further test will be done on July 17th, 2019. Which does not makes sense that why in July? they said that this date is given by the embassy??? I'm really confused that why they asked for the test to be done in July??

Can someone give me a clarification on this and how can I contact the embassy regarding to this?

That's more a question between you and the physician than anyone here. The embassy likely gave a deadline by which to receive the additional test - your physician has interpreted that in their own way.

so in that case what can we do, we are not given any details about the further test. They only emailed us saying further test needs to be done and contact PP for appointment; they did not what test needs to be done and by when.

I believe the tests required are in the system which the physician has access to. I know someone how had breast cancer, and was going through treatment. She received the same notice, made an appointment and the doctor knew what tests they were asking for.

The embassy does not give the test date. They are not arranging doctor schedules. Talk to your doctor about the scheduling. Please hear me when I say that.

The doctor sets the date based on availability not the embassy or CIC.

The person I know who was getting treatment was booked based on when her treatment would be finished so the doctor could write she's treated.

You can ask the doctor for an earlier appointment, could be he's going on holidays. You won't know until you ask.

We did ask them, however they cant do that test before 3 months period, therefore it will be done on July 17 and they are saying that this date is given by the embassy and they cannot change it.
