Seniors please advise
I worked for a agency (company A) in a temporary contract from September of 2015 to April of 2016, working allocated for another company (Company B).
On early April of 2016 I started in a permanent position for company B and I am still working from them since that time, an important thing to mention is during the transition from temporary to permanent I continued in the same team, doing the same tasks and reporting to the same person.
As I received an ITA on March 1st and asked for the respective letters from both companies, I realized that company A is not providing details of my duties as expected in my (NOC 2171), they are using too technical information and even specific terms that does not mean anything for people that does not work in this industry. However, company B provided everything as expected with the detailed level of information. So, considering the potential problem that I could have regarding the letter for Company A, I managed to get a letter from my manager in order to provide the details of my duties and tasks in the appropriate format required by CIC and he did that.
As I managed to get an additional and a correct letter from my manager for the time when I worked as temporary, is that feasible enough to serve as complement to the original letter provided by Company A ? Secondly, considering that I have almost 1 year of employment with Company B, should I wait a few days more and send my application once I complete 1 year with company B, does this thinking could work somehow ?
