I am applying for Canada immigration under Express Entry. If I receive Invitation To Apply (ITA) and my application is accepted for the CIC. As the principal applicant, at what stage of the processing of my application will I be able to add my husband should incase I got married while my application is still being processed, as Express Entry will take just 6 months to process ??

As far as I know, you should inform the CIC as soon as you can when you have to report changes. Once you apply for express entry, you can change your records anytime. The points will get recalculated accordingly.

Because you apply for express entry electronically, you can access your records at anytime. Once you apply for PR (paper submission), the CIC will inform you how to notify them of any changes.
