Hello everyone,

My wife just got an email yesterday from the Moscow embassy requesting a couple additional pieces of documentation: one being our marriage certificate (at the time of application all we had was our license issued by the province of Ontario and I was told this was sufficient) and the Right to Permanent Residency Fee receipt. My only question is where do I send this information to? The embassy in Moscow or the processing centre in Mississauga?

I was approved for sponsorship on August 16th and the application was transferred to Moscow on the 28th. Is it a pretty good sign that they're only asking for these two things as additional documentation?

Also, at the time that I'm sending all this information in, would it hurt to add some photos from our honeymoon in Greece in June? And maybe some Skype logs that I never included in the original application or should I only send what they're requesting?

Thanks

Hey,

Send the information to Moscow, that's where your file is. You can pay on the website, and then print the receipt and send it together with the rest to Moscow.
You can also choose to include a few pictures and skype logs (but not too many) with a letter explaining that you wish to add proofs of continuing relationship etc.

It's indeed good news that they are not asking for more information, and you should be pretty close to the finish line,
Good luck,
Sweden

Hi,
About the "Right to Permanent Residency Fee" have they asked you to pay it or have you paid it before and they just want to see the receipt?
I was recently asked to pay it and in the email they told us clearly to make the payment and send the receipt to CPC Mississauga, because all the payments are handled there.
I am not sure what your case is, but just letting you know my case. Hope it helps :)
Good luck!

Indeed - the VO can not see the payment, so you pay and send it to CIC Mississauga, and then CIC-M informs the VO that you have paid. But if you want to speed up the process, you can also send a copy of the receipt to the VO so they know that it has been done...
Good luck,
Sweden
