Hello,

Where it says to provide written statement of explanation or evidence, did you hand write these and date and sign them? Or did you type this into a word document and then printed it out and signed and dated it?

ie) I will not have a recent option c printout so i will need to give other evidence and explain, etc.

this is for an outland spousal application.

I typed it and signed it. I think it's much easier for the visa officer to read that, especially because my hand writing is not intelligible.

Also, make sure you write at the top of the page, your name, DoB and if you're answering a question from the forms, list the name of the form and the number of the question.
