I am being Sponsered by my wife who is living in Canada, and we have a kid.
now I have searched some posts on this forum where it says that my wife doesn't need to fill the form. and below is the guide to fill this form

Who needs to fill out this form?
This form must be filled out and signed by:
  • The principal applicant,
  • All dependent children aged 18 or over (whether coming with you to Canada or not).
  • Note: If your dependent child is the principal applicant on a sponsorship application, you should complete this form on their behalf regardless of their age.
SECTION C
Write personal details about your:

  • brothers,
  • sisters,
  • half-brothers and half-sisters,
  • step-brothers and step-sisters.

1.now I am confused about Section C, I have 5 siblings and all of them are over 18 years old, so do they need to fill out this form as well. (they are not going are applying for Canada PR)

2. there is a space to add only 3 siblings in this form, how can I add other 2?

2. this question is not from this form but from Sponsor Evaluation form, as my daughter is born in Canada and living with her mother (sponsor) so in the question where she needs to add dependent child do I need to add her under my dependents, under my wife or both of us?

1. They do not need to fill out or sign this form, you simply provide the information on them (name, DOB, marital status, etc).

2. At the top of the form it says 'if additional space is required, attach a separate sheet.'
