I'm a Canadian citizen living in Canada, looking to sponsor my wife.

She currently lives in Venezuela.

Section A:

Is she suppose to list me as the spouse? What about the "Mother and Father" sections? Do they need to be completed as well?

Section B:

We have a child together. Is he suppose to be listed?

Section C:

All her siblings information need to be listed here as well?

Hi,

Section A - Yes you must be mentioned as the spouse you also have a form to fill out which you apply to be the sponsor and you will have to list her as the person being sponsored. Yes parents names have to be listed

Section B - Yes all children must be mentioned, however not too sure as your child would be citizen already.

Section C - Asking for family information - means your immediate family children etc.

the guide doesn't say clearly but the form does...here it is:

Section A: yes she has to write u as the spouse and her parents (both mother father)
Section B: yes she has to mention ur child
Section C: yes she has to mention all the brothers and sisters she has, even step-siblings, half-siblings, ALL OF THEM...if space is not sufficient, write on separate sheet

keep in mind that this is just an additional family information form....the people mentioned there will not be processed for PR or anything like that...she is the only one who is applying for permanent residency
