Dear members, should i fill the additional family information form just in English or English and my native language ?

fill form in English and put all name in your native language. you can attach
separate sheet for writing name in native languages

Thanks for replying, but should i use the same form to write the names in my native language ?

better use addiditonal sheet other wise they all will mix up
same i did, and write your name on top and near write
heading the names in native language and same for
your spouse and other applicant

So in the additional sheet, they need just the names, not all the other information like birth date, marital status and the other information.

My Native language is Gujarati.

Can I type and print my names using computer Gujarati Language fonts? or I have to write in my handwriting by Ball Pen.

Can I print my names in my native language on addition sheet/plain paper?
