Hi ,
I have just completed filling in the app forms for Canada as a FSW. There is one box I can not fill in. My sister left home before I was born nearly fifty years ago and never contacted the family again. Both my parents are now dead and I have no way of knowing where she is, her address (evem is she is alive or lives in the UK). I do not even know her exact birth date just the year. I have explained all this in an attachment but will they send the form back? She was 20 when I was born and if she is alive will now be about 70.

If I do that I will write "No Records" against her and will make an affidavit to the fact instead of a simple note of explanation. The affidavit duly attested by a Notary.

Thanks for the replies Wilson and Slavasz , I think I will have to go with what I've got since the application needs to be in the post tomorrow.
