Additional Family information IMM5406 Question

So I know I am supposed to include parents and brothers and sisters and what not.

I have a half sister, we have different fathers. She has other half siblings as well via her father.

My mother is not married to her father, so technically they are not my step siblings any longer.
Should I list them as family still? It has been well over 20 years since they have been divorced.

I would think not, but want to be sure because it is still technically a part of my "family history"
