I am applying for my wife's sponsorship to Canada. Her side of family has : 1)Father 2)Mother 3) Two married sisters....But we are applying only for her to immigrate to Canada. No one else.
In the IMM 5604 Additional Family Information has a clause "must complete their own copy of this form ".............Does it mean that we need to fill 4 forms......one for each family member respectively OR only one form for her.
Pls clarify as the guide does not explain this point clearly.
