Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) Question. Who needs to fill it out?

So I am inside Canada and submitting an inland application. I am being sponsored by my spouse. The guide states that the form is to be filled out both by my and my spouse. However the checklist states that this is not a form to be filled out by the sponsor.

So does he fill his own copy out anyway? Also where do I include it in the stack? Right after mine?

No, your spouse does not complete that form. It is only for the spouses or common law partners that are not Canadian citizens or PR's. It can be confusing! Just follow the check list for each of you and complete the applicable forms.
