For the form Additional Family Information [IMM 5406], for place of birth, is it sufficient to write EAST YORK or do I need to write EAST YORK, TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA?

Also, under Section C - Brothers and Sisters. My wife only has one brother. So I entered his name and details in the first row. Do you suggest I fill in the rest of the boxes with N/A?
