Additional family information form to be filled by SPONSOR as well?

Hi,

In the checklist, it says: You (the PA), any of your family members 18 years or older must fill their own copy.

Also, on the form itself written is that the PA, their spouse must complete their own copy of this form.

So, does it mean my sponsor has to fill it as well?

Again, this is a generic form used by all kind of sponsorships. IMM0008 is in the "SPONSORED PERSONS" section, so your spouse doesn't have to fill if if she's your sponsor.
