Additional Family Information Form Help

I'm a Canadian citizen sponsoring my wife from Moldova.

For the "Additional Family Information Form" (IMM5406) do I as her husband also need to fill this form out as well? I'm the sponsor and not immigrating myself, I'm just sponsoring my wife.

It seems kind of unclear.

Only your wife (the applicant) needs to fill it out.

I know it is confusing and this is because other forms of immigration use this forms where they will be bringing along their entire families from their home country... This is why it seems unclear when sponsoring a spouse through the family class.
