Need some clarification on this form. I am the principal applicant. But, for my husbands form for the additional family background, who should i write as the applicant? My husband or me as i am the principal applicant?

The Family information form that your husband will sign, he will be the applicant , and you put your name as his spouse

The family information form that you will sign, you will be the applicant ,and put your husband's name as your spouse
