I got a letter from NYC for "Additional evidence of your marital relationship". They asked for

1.photographs of you and your spouse
2.evidence of shared residence
3. evidence of financial interdependence
4.evidence of shared travel/communication
5.a narrative outlining the development of your relationship

I am confused about no 3 and 4. What could be the best evidence?
In case of 2, if i send them the rent receipt of our house, it doesn't mean we two were together there.
In case of 4, ticket, receipt of hotel and photograph- enough?
in case of 5, as it was settle marriage, what should we write?

Joint bank accounts, property in both names, both names on homeowners or renters insurance policies, life insurance policies naming each other as beneficiaries - these are the types of evidence that demonstrate financial interdependence.

Itineraries showing you traveling together are ideal. Hotel receipts showing both your names. Photographs together that are clearly distinguishable as the place you visit would be supportive as well.

I have no idea what a "settle marriage" is - if you mean arranged, you write that it was arranged, explain how it was arranged. Getting a letter from the people who arranged it could be helpful as well. Place this in your own cultural context, assuming that this is common. But even with an arranged marriage you usually meet your spouse at some point prior to the wedding. Even if that is not the case, explain how you came to be married. In an arranged marriage situation, the evidence that you are living in a genuine marriage after is even more critical.

Bottom line: they are questioning the legitimacy of your marital relationship. You must satisfy the VO that you have a genuine marriage and not a marriage of convenience (an "immigration marriage").
