I did the second Bachelor degree program(an independent program, 2-year full-time study) in Canada, and before that, I got my first bachelor's degree(4-year full-time program) outside Canada.
I just looked into the 'Additional Education Point' in the Express Entry (CRS, Q(4c)) :
4b) Have you earned a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate? Yes
4c) Choose the best answer to describe this level of education. <---
I am concerned about question 4c) option b and c
My Second Degree is a 'Bachelor Degree' but its official program length is only 2-year.
Please could anyone help offering me any clarification on this question. Am I eligible for option c) of question 4c), or I need to choose b) for it?
Thank you in advance.

My Second Degree is a 'Bachelor Degree' but its official program length is only 2-year.
- for option b) of 4c), my degree is neither diploma or certificate,
- However, for option c) of 4c), my degree is only a 2-year program, which is not a 'three years or longer' degree program as indicated on the option.
Please could anyone help offering me any clarification on this question. Am I eligible for option c) of question 4c), or I need to choose b) for it?
