RQ is issued based on risk/ triage factors so the only way to avoid it is to send in documentation covering every possible risk option. Your list of documents on its own is not necessarily indicative of actual physical presence as it doesn't define what the nature of your job is etc. If you want to as near as 100% know you have to post your whole application on the forum and also provide details of how you got your PR - no one will do this on a forum.
RQ may also be issued as a Quality Assurance/ Integrity and it won't matter what you send in you will still get RQd.
