IRCC asked me for additional documents for my visitor visa application 2 weeks ago. But I cannot upload anything when I enter my cic application page because I cannot see any upload section.
I tried filling a webform to inform them about my situation and reporting a technical issue form. But nothing happened for nearly 2 weeks, no email received no response at all from CIC. I also called the consulate in my country but they cannot do anything.
I need to attend a conference in July 7th so I am getting worried by the time passes.
Do you guys have any suggestions for my case?
