Dear Expert,

This case is regarding to my wife AINP, she has applied the PNP under cook in 2009 and she is successful received the approval ticket from Alberta in 2010. Her employer had applied PR for her in 2010 and she never hear anything back from her employer about her PR update or progress in the meantime her working permit is expired in Nov 2010 but her employer told her not to concern about the working permit because eventually she will obtain her PR anyway, so she is continue working without aware that she's don't have a working permit that mean her employer still pay her with a regular payroll with tax. Finally the decision is made from the CIC and her application has been refused in January 2012 without knowing what happened. In 2013 her employer had hired the an immigration lawyer to open her file again and the case had been reconsidered by the CIC officer so she had asked for the medical exam again and later on the officer has called to verified the current address which I though it's good news but unfortunately the letter state that they not satisfy that my wife is contribute the Canadian economic and in additional letter they requested her to provide the additional docs to prove that why she's don't leave Canada in Nov, 2010 since her work permit has expired. Right now she's 9 months pregnant and My future concern is.
1) After she deliver the baby's and go back home, can she come back to Canada?
2) I'm in the process of applying the PR under FST programs and holding a valid working permit can I sponsor her in the future?
3) I have 2 kids that born in Canada that Canadian citizenship will the officer consider to help their mom?

I'm appreciated any comments.

thank you.
