I received additional documents request stating the following:
Our record show that your biometrics results have expired. Please returned to the appropriate VAC to adjust the biometric validity or complete new biometrics. The new instructions will be sent to your MyCIC account.
Client Information: Please provide a bank statement for the last 6 months.
Both documents must be received at this office by: 2023/07/27
1. The issue is that my previous PR Application was refused and I have passed my biometrics in scope of previous application. While filling in current application, I mentioned that I have passed biometrics within last 10 years.
And now I receive above-mentioned inquiry. In VAC office I was told that they cannot re-validate my biometrics as it is valid. I also can't give new biometrics without any instructions letter from IRCC. I am merely out of time and don't know how to handle this situation.
Please comment whether anyone had such issue and how you overcame it.
2. Regarding bank statement: this means detailed transactions of the account right?, and not new PoF.
