Additional documents request to include spouse are not clear

I got a response for my case specific enquiry asking me to upload following documents which I didnt get what to upload. They enabled upload option in my existing account :

1) Proof of Pemanent Residence Application Submission document
2) RPRF document
3) Employment reference letter - my wife is not working

and they didnt ask me to upload Medicals for my wife.

Please help.

1) this could be AOR
2) did you pay rprf? If yes, then rprf receipt. Else may be they are asking you to pay rprf and then upload the receipt. Please check with cic.
3) has your wife worked in past and did you mention it in work history? If not then upload a LOE explaining she never worked. If yes then provide ref letter for the work you mentioned in work history. Only Canadian exp of spouse are relevant for ee points.
