Additional documents for New Work Permit?

Hi everybody!

I need an advice about documents which i must send to CPC-Vegreville for New Work Permit. I have been in Canada for 11 months. Should I submit only items from check list or some additional documents required, such bank statement, letter of support....What situation about that return ticket, because i will apply for work permit for two years according with Job offer and Possitive LMO and its possible to buy ticket only on 10 months ahead.

Just what is on the checklist, you don't require a return ticket to apply.
