Hi guys!

How would I know if the embassy received the additional document which I only sent through fax?

I was informed by the university that I am able to secure a graduate teaching assistantship, but it was a little late. I have already forwarded my application to the embassy before I received the information. I was advised by the call center agent to just fax the document to the embassy. By the way, I am from the Philippines.

If you have faxed it to CHC along with your details like Name, date of birth, contact number, file number (if already known) then you don't have to worry. They will have received it.

There is not method to know about the exact details of your documents etc.
